I suppose the one
http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=3777947 titled "Vogon Poetry Slam" was fun for the chat... disappointed at the lack of participation in the slam though.
Then there's this one

Chat not particularly funny but I liked how the game creator poked his head in a couple times and went "You guys *still* aren't done?" And the gameplay was really interesting, not often you get a stalemate in a FFA on a map of that size.
But I think this one
http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=3481253 is probably my most fun. The banter was entertaining, and I ended up conning my way into a win when I was the weakest of 3 remaining players. It's one of my older games so my gameplay probably sucks. :P
These days I find myself playing more seriously (strategic 1v1 and team games, tournaments, ladder), and I tend not to chat too much while I play anymore. So if I listed any of those, they would be fun not for the chat but for the gameplay alone. Probably not what you're looking for in this thread though.
