You can find the wheel in the settings of the app. It will shows a Spin! button, a countdown or tell you to win a MP game to unlock the next spin.

Lol they increased their "fake coin reward" to 10k coins.

I think they are just some lonely people who want to play with someone but no one wants to play with them, and so they are putting coin reward even though they have no coins
