Sure, JK, I know, but the way FC works always was an exploit of some sorts. But if you want to use this combo, you can still activate five SAC on five camps and then FC. Yes, this would give you less than a Superpowered SAC + FC combo (of which you can also just Superpower the FC part, anyways), but this option was never eliminated by the Superpower feature. Fizzer just didn't add ANOTHER exploit to the list of questionable details, at least this is my point of view.

Edit: I'd rather ask, how you should collect the required five powers. As far as I know, you can only buy ONE of each for coins in case you are completely out of this power. So, if you spent your last FC you can buy one for coins. The remaining four HAVE TO come from other sources like collected from maps, won from raffle, daily log-in reward, CW rewards, etc. So, how easy is it in the first place to activate Superpower at will?

I see Phoenix. I remember Fizzer said on stream at some point that SAC + FC was intended behaviour, but making that twice as possible with superpower would indeed by very OP. It would also be harder to programm, so I get why Fizzer made it the way he made it.

As for the 5 powers, I considered that this morning as well.
I came to the conclusion that since the superpower is very strong, you need to collect 5 powers from maps, and then use them all at once. That is supposed to balance out the fact that you get twice the power for your powers.
Having the option to buy powers up to 5 does make sense from a sales point of view, but it would also make the superpowers OP.

Very True!! But then again, idle always was P2W, more or less. All those arguments that paying money (and gaining higher levels for that matter) doesn't help you playing WZ, is only true for WZC. So, it wouldn't surprise me.

Edit: I still think that especially for SM it would be nice to have the option, though, whether I want to supercharge one mine ten times, or ten mines one time. Just because of the different outcome. You would get (at least) ten ores at a higher rate. Sure, and then FC would behave differently. ;)

Once you check the box for superpowers, everything is set to spend the 5- if you have fewer than 5 of a given type, it will give you the coin cost you need to make up the difference (if you have 2 of a power that costs 50, it will tell you that it costs 150 coins to use and charge you that if you choose to use it). It remains that way until you uncheck the box, at which point you can only buy the power if you're out again.

Interesting! Thanks, Sefer. I guess I will be able to see this myself soon, but this way I already know!

Below is from the latest change log.

- Idle: A supercharged market raid will never give fewer than 10 of an item.

So if i understand correctly:

Free Caches is more powerful if you have supercharge army camp.
Maybe also supercharge mine?

So if you have 5 of each.

Would you supercharge army camp or is it for some reason better to charge up 5 army camps ?
Would you supercharge mine?

I guess when you have done something like the first two you play 5x FC ?

In case anyone isn't clear on it yet, Superpower with IM is confirmed to give you 10x the value of the merc camp you target.

So there is an 893B** merc camp in Hardened Europe Huge, so superpowered IM provides 8.93T armies. And the resultant drafts . . . exuberant & lovely.

**With 100% Additional mercs advancement.

Yes, definitely. If you use supercharge army camp you will get significantly more from the free cache power. Free cache (for armies at least) seems to be directly linked to your current army production. Because of that it seems to be most useful early/mid to mid level rather than late in the level when you are producing more armies anyway. Supercharging more than one at a time (but not the same one) further increases the yield from free cache.

I’m not too sure about the mine, as I’m not sure how it determines which ore resource to pull from. I think I’ve tried before and didn’t get the one I was expecting.

EDIT: by supercharge, I just mean the regular SAC power

@Xeno

I use a smelting=>crafting strategy and my mines are usually upgraded so I have been using the combo supercharge mine + market raid successfully to see this pattern.

Sorry I’m a bit confused by this.

Are you saying that upgraded mines may give you more than one bar per market raid? Do you have any estimated values for what your mines need to be producing to get more than 1 bar? And is it different for certain bars?

I need Chromium bars but I also need my Chromium ore (a lot of it) for Samarium bars on my current level and trying to figure out the best way to go about it.

If you supercharge your best chromium mine and use a free cache while the supercharge is active you will likely get chromium (ore) as the resource component

If you superchange the chromium mine and market raid the market with chromium (bars) you will get 10x the chromium you would have without the supercharge. You can supercharge more than one mine as well to compound this effect. Note that due to rounding this may “increase” production from 1 -> 1.

I don’t know exactly how the selection process and quantity work for FC. For the market raid, you will get ‘24 hours worth’ of each component which is calculated based on a snapshot and not a rolling average.

Because of how this process works, using a market raid or a free cache power without an accompanying army/mine supercharge power is arguably quite wasteful
