It s not a comparison to fascism. but the way most of population has been indictrinated to fear covid and no vaxs Is incredible. In Germany they have more cases but nobody looks at non vaccinated as the problem.
And everything has been fabricated via mass media and government declaration.

Great idea, Wulfhere. I just mailed the IRS my demand letter asking for thousands back in rural subsidies I never consented to pay for and certainly didn't benefit from.

Italy was hit hardest in Europe. Although, the spread of Covid is not the unvaxxed fault.

Italy was hit hard because they refused to quarantine a part of Lombardy where a lot of important factories were. So Covid in Lombardy has 4% death rate vs 2% in rest of Italy and Lombardy had +120% death in spring 2020 in respect of the last5 years average while rest of N.Italy had +45%.

Italy was hit hard because we decided that profit > lives.

In the last months the vaccination campaign assumed drastic tones with unvaccinated labeled such as infectors, assassins, opportunists and rats.
Meanwhile media abused in covid related news spreading paranoia and fear.

In the end instead of debating in parliament whether to apply mandatory vaccination to all citizens by law, we have Prime minister decree - nothing discussed, no report disclosed- with mandatory green pass for every worker (with is vaccine or 15€ tests every 2 days).
Of course if you are unemployed and get social pension you can still take public transports and go shopping in the mall without green pass.
One of the Ministers said clearly "we know it's discriminatory". Nobody gives a damn.

That sounds horrible. :( It sucks to be treated so horribly for a personal characteristic you cannot change. Reminds me of when we had segregation in the US.

Covid vaccines should be completely by choice, and no penalty or discrimination should be handed out to people who don't take it. If governments are going to require vaccines, then they better have proof of all the side affects and research gone into them. I think it was AstraZeneca that had a clotting issue, which shouldn't be forced on people. Last time a vaccine was rushed, it was accompanied with hundreds of Polio infections. Also, if Covid vaccine is required everywhere, then make Measles, Mumps, Chicken Pox, Hep ABC, Meningitis, etc vaccines required also. They're all old and proven. Make them all free or paid for as well, since they're required.

Yes, exactly. I can't believe Italians expect one another to get vaccinated for a virus that has killed 4.7-10M people worldwide (1 in 2000 to 1 in 1000 people globally) and just barely cracked #7 in the all time absolute epidemic kill count list.

There have been much deadlier epidemics and certainly ones with higher kill counts- the plague might've killed over half of humanity- so what's the big deal about letting the willfully unvaccinated use public spaces in a country that's desperately trying to avoid a second lockdown?

The unvaccinated are being treated just like the various other persecuted populations of European history, who got blamed for diseases instead of the people actually spreading them, like those who willfully chose not to take basic safety measures. One day we will look back at the vaccine mandates of 2021 as the starting point of the series of events that will lead to the next burst of totalitarianism and democide.
