I'd please any of moderators or Fizzer himself to tell me which rule i break by creating other accounts than mine. It's the 3rd or 4th account you suspended, banned, and deleted posts on forum.
As i don't break any rule (i don't take advantage of those accounts in tourney and ladders) explain me the reason of this PERSECUTION.

yes. i impersonated a moderator. i violated a rule.

to recap what was deleted:

Rule Set #1: What you see and must accept when you first create an account and enter multiplater (3 rules, nothing about impersonations).

Rule Set #2: Something about impersonating PLAYERS hidden somewhere on the website. You are never asked to accept this rule. Most people don't know where this rule is written.

Rule Set #3: Whatever Fizzer thinks is a violation of a rule. For example, I impersonated a moderator an hour ago. I thought it was funny. Fizzer did not. I thought it did not violate rule set #1 or #2. But it violated rule set #3.

there are no rules in the warlight forums, the rule set 1 only applies to games.

It's Fizzer's site, he can do whatever he wants, stop harassing him for locking/deleting threads and/or suspend/ban accounts. Just thank him for an awesome game.

he's done a good job managing the site, no arguments. Great improvements and also features. Not so good with helping out players though, I'v emailed him before regarding my Ku Kidx Klan account and he never replied

To add onto my point, i agree with Qi on rule set 3. There are 3 basic rules, which most follow, but suspensions and bans are sometimes carried out because fizzer thinks your actions were a violation.

What's the violation in creating an account named "Censorship, censorship everywhere"? Is there any difference between Red, skuns940, the 10 accounts named "bitch" "the bitch" "bitch fuck" "nazi" " the nazistas" and even KU KLUX KLAN???


Why those accounts stays there and mine are deleted in the next 20 minutes i create them? It funny that this started as the classic "trolling" the forum and challenging people in anonymate with "Shedy_Slut" account, but now this went forward. And no TAGG, i don't think it's about "fizzer's game, funny game, he can do everthing he wants".

I sincerly wouldn't give a f*** if banning account and deleting posts was a common practice and it was forbidden by rules, i would understand, but after seeing many many other "violationts" which remained unpunished, my wonder it justified when i see that i'm censured for any reason. Yes, when you banned my second, third and so on accounts, you didn't stated any reason, any rule broken, anything, and THAT'S bothering me. And i won't stop. I won't stop until you won't give me a reason good enough to all this persecution happening, or until you will ban even me.

I want to see how far you are willing to bring this one, but seeing the last eveniments, i'm pretty sure you are going to lose a player who supported you from the begin.

Red, if you create a thread it is more obvious. Fizzer glances at thread titles and who wrote them. He doesn't read every post. The accounts of mine that have been banned created threads. The account you made of Shady created a thread. The ones that you mention that have not been banned simply post on the threads of others. It is not a question of persecution, merely one of visibility. Be less visible and you can avoid detection too.

Also, the report button exists. Maybe you or I have been reported by others to bring it to Fizzer's attention. Maybe the ones that you mention are both less visible and have not been reported.

Trolling and impersonating other users is pretty common reason to get yourself banned from any forum.

How about REPORTING RACIST ACCOUNTS WHEN YOU SEE THEM? And maybe following the some basic forum netiquette like, i don't know, BEHAVING ACCORDING TO COMMON SENSE? Not spreading or inciting MISOGYNIST and RACIAL prejudice is a basic.

I agree with you and Gui on this one single point: the site should have a more clear and explicit TOS where it says "we can ban whoever for whatever reason, and will probably do so if you're acting like a douche"
