So, idle game is pretty lousy at syncing between different devices, e.g. mobile and desktop. But lately when i switch between devices it just erases everything i have done in the past hours.

Last example just now: in desktop version i found and upgraded 2 hospitals. Then i switched off pc and opened the game in the app and the hospitals were not found anymore. Opening pc again same situation as in the mobile version.

Is there anything one can do to avoid this? It's quite troublesome to just lose hours of play because of this...

Train yourself to always manually sync before closing the browser tab or app. That way, your current progress is always saved to the server.

You can sync by using ctrl + alt + g on the browser, or by using the Sync button in the app (button can be found in the app menu). Once you initiated a manual sync, wait a few seconds before closing the page/app to make sure it has enough time to actually sync.

You need to force a manual sync before switching.

On Mobile, menu/Sync.

On Web, CTRL-ALT-G.
