I recently attempted to upload my first map and encountered the error message

"Sorry, that map is bigger than the allowed maximum size. The maximum size is 3330 wide and 2400 high."

My map is 1000 wide and high. I have tried making it smaller to sizes such as 500 wide and high but i repeatedly get the same error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you set the boundaries of the map to below 3330*2400 as well? Your map is probably small enough, but it could simply be that the boundaries haven't been adjusted yet.

I'm not sure how to adjust those. Could you provide an explanation please?

Nevermind, i've fixed it. I made the whole image smaller along with the page size. It was reading in mm rather than pixels, perhaps that was the problem.
