6) Because the alt's account is not overloaded (a) with ridiculous games you declined but still see the chat of in mygames, (b) tournament invites and tournaments (i have over 200), and (c) templates (i have over 30). To play with a simplified account (and profile page) is better sometimes. Since simplifying the main account has restrictions, an alt serves a purpose.

Gui - how about "all games i am not eliminated from and chat from games i was invited to, and did not decline" and an override buttons in every game's settings page "show in mygames menu regarless of filter" and "hide from mygames menu regardless of filters" <-- those would be truly magical..
