1. That is called the Scunthorpe problem, and Tom Scott, famous blogger, had made a video about it. Just look that up. But to be honest, not any filter can remove every edge case from their filter.

you obviously either don't know what the Scunthorpe problem is, either are laying out your intellect to make yourself seem smart, either way, your comment is unnecessary and out of subject

The Scunthorpe problem is when poorly-designed profanity filters struggle with common words (like Constitution) that have profane or otherwise prohibited words embedded inside them. It does not apply to filters that only target profane words as whole words (e.g., filters against \bn****r\b, which would still catch the most egregious cases).

We don't need a perfect filter. Even a very basic one to tackle the low-hanging fruit would solve the bulk of the problem as it exists today.
