What happen if someone won't join game in ladder/tournament ? Is there any time limit or so?

after the direct boot limit in that games have passed you can force-join them. they get auto force-joined after the auto-boot limit. That`s how it works in tournaments, I believe ladder works the same way, although I`m not sure
