I'm not sure if its due to not being a native english speaker or due to a bad formulation, but this description (which is found in the settings tab on for example the strategic 1v1 template) leads me to think I should recieve at least 1 card piece per turn, no matter what, rather than recieving at most 1 piece, and only if I have succeeded an attack.

Any clarifications are welcome!

Well it does mean at least, however you must count that there are 4 card pieces a turn if you take a territory. There are 4 different card pieces which say you get at least 1 a turn, so you get 1 of each. If settings were 6 card pieces a turn, with same 4 as before, then the last 2 card pieces are random.

I hope this clears it up :)

Not sure what would happen if you put 2 card pieces a turn with 4 cards which say at least 1 a turn though...

Warlight won't allow you to put less card pieces than the minimum needed in total - I've tried this quite a few times (often on accident)

Obviously, since strat 1v1 doesn't want luck in cards, it would make sense that the minimum amount of card pieces needed would equal the amount of pieces given.

I suppose it could be clarified that you only gain a card if you succeeded an attack, though.

I interpret the description as that the "minimum 1 piece" is exclusive to the card which's name it follows, as indeed, the above quote follows after each card's individual name.

The fact that 6 pieces with 4 different cards feature exists makes it kind of understandable, but I still find the description misleading. In my opinion it should follow after all cards have been introduced and read something along the lines of "You will recieve 4 (why even put the word "minimum" here?) card pieces at the end of each turn, if said turn contained a successful attack from you."

If I'm one of few, excuse me, but I have to believe that more people than I have trouble interpreting the current descriptions and clarification couldn't hurt.

Well some are a bit ambiguous, but they are all understandable. This one I think you are overcomplicating the phrase you will receive "at least" 1 card per turn.

If there was no "at least", and you have to write exactly how many cards each player gets a turn.
It only goes above the "at least" if all the card pieces that must be assigned are, and there are some possible card pieces left over. These are given at random, so you might still get 1 from one, and 3 from another, Therefore the "at least".

The minimum part of what you quoted is correct though, that could change unless there is a way to earn more card pieces than the number shown.

Yes that should probably be clarified - I didn't learn it until I read this thread.
