we are clearly lacking important information:

how big are the scissors?
how fast do the scissors cut?
how big is the lawn?
why are you wasting time asking questions on the internet instead of going out and buying and actual lawnmower?

Thank you for your inquiry:

The scissors have fairly heavy duty blades which are approximately 8" long.
The scissors cut as fast as the person wielding them.
The total acreage of the lawn is approximately 6.4.
