I have two questions if you dont mind answering.
1 - How does rock candy work? Its a item you use once for every map? Or you use it only once in the game?

2 - How is army saving calculated? I dont quite understand how it works. Example: I'm saving 90M from hospitals. I have the 25% from joint strike. Its not free, so I know its not -25M from Joint Strike and then -90m from hospitals. But I'm not sure how it works then. -90M = 10M, then remove 25% meaning it would cost 7.5M?

Rock Candy doubles the output of the selected mine. It is active on every map/level. You can continually use it, boosting any mine of your choice (but only 1 at once). You can also freely change what mine is getting boosted.

It calculates the saved armies from hospitals first, and then it applies the joint strike. So in your calculation you would indeed get back 92.5M armies. (Note that you get them back after you captured the territory, instead of lowering the cost of capturing it.)
