I just had already multiple times the wrong amount of armies in a territory and when I try to move them I get the notice that it can't because I have 0 movable armies while I had no other attack planned from the specific territory

had same bug lots of times. already reported it quite a while back. still waiting for a fix.

to get rid of it during gameplay you can open the history and close it again btw.

If you can figure out how to reproduce this, please let me know. I haven't seen this happen myself.

I know there was a bug a long time ago that caused this that could be reproduced by clicking Skip To End while an attack animation was playing, but that should have been fixed.
