you need to go to the clan wars page and claim your rewards from there (coins, power and artifact)

A few clan mates have told me that free wins don't count towards getting an end of season rewards, is this true? A few clannies got free wins only, not a srs 1v1 win

I would assume that a free wins counts for the win you need to have before you can claim bonuses. If this isnt the case, it's worth reporting as a bug.
