Weighted random
difference between 0 and 16%
both have 4v2 2v1 100%, 3v2 80%
the difference start if you increase the number of troupe:
0% - 5v3 100% 7v4 100% 10v6 100% 10v7 0% 15v9 100% .....
16% - 5v3 93% 7v4 98% 10v6 90% 10v7 10% 15v9 88% .....
diffence between 0 and 16% , luck fatcor
- 7% 2% 10% -10% 12% .....
So why should the good fortune to have such an important role, when we have the possibility to reduce it?
I think is much better win match by skill then by luck. For this i thought that is better limit luck factor.

Difference between 0 and 16%
ALL attack have the same %, only things that change is:
-on 0% if you attack a territory with 1 armies, you have 100% that enemy lose 1 armies too.
-on 16% you have only 83% or 86% (sorry i don't remember exactly)
