just coming back with this "no ad was available"... it's been 3 days i got the same message, whatever the time. So cant turn the whhel even though i would be able to do it

Its weird, cause most people never have any problems with getting ads, while a few (including you) never seem to have ads available.

Are you using Android or iOS?

i did that but i might have done it wrong, so enlight me please.

I turned the wheel andget a tton and then closed the app.
Now openig the warzone on my pc i cant see the reward i got...

what did i do wrong and most of all how can i get back my reward please.

I just realized you effectively asked the same question twice and this description sounds like you didn't do wrong what I assumed in my other answer (that I will still keep because other players might find it and value it). But, if you think you did nothing wrong and still lost a reward (and no-one else can provide you with an plausible explanation) then you can always contact Fizzer and ask him to look into the server logs. Perhaps he can give you an official explanation. In browser, look for "Help" -> "Contact"

ok... lets forget about it. Will quit this game and wont come to bother anyone anymore, nor spending money.

don't want to be unpleasant but it really starts to bother me, asking the "why" questions.

I enjoyed playing here and i thank everyone i met.
maybe will come back one day for the classic games but idle, no more for me.

i decided to wait until this evening to see if maybe people in charge here would give me back all the rewards i have lost - and i thought that would have been fair - bur actually nothing happened and no one contacted me about that.

@pasterma: if that's what you want(ed), you can usually just mail Fizzer and he does that. He's less likely to read and respond to forum posts outside the Help forum

that is kind from you but i am not begging anything... just found it should work otherwise thus players won't have to experience those kind of things. afterall there is 1 server and i till dont understand why the sync is not made automatically! i play other games from pc or smartphone and i have never encountered ths kind os failure.

anyway, this is how it is, what can i say

I once asked Fizzer about auto saving a long time ago, and he told me that if he did make the game auto save faster, it would cost him way too much just keeping the server up and running. Auto saving every 10 mins, along with everything else in the game, costs him $1000/month in upkeep costs, according to his message to me, and doing every minute, which I suggested to him and what I'm saying here was his response to me, would cost him up to 10x as much. Auto saving whenever you close the game likely already costs Fizzer more than the original method, but only about 50% more if I had to guess. So instead $1000/month, with auto saving when closing the game, it probably costs Fizzer between $1300-$1500/month for upkeep.

Fizzer did also say that he may consider making auto saves happen faster if he made it a paid feature, but he wasn't sure if players would accept this and asked me for my take on that decision, seeing me as a prime candidate since I hadn't paid for anything at that time, and wrote him 3 paragraphs stating my case. So I gave him my opinion, saying I would be willing to spend the money for faster auto saving, as well as making a proposal for pricing options in case he decides to put this feature in anyway. He hasn't responded to me about my take on this potential addition, so I don't know his thoughts on my proposed price chart, but if Fizzer did this, yes it would almost certainly be a paid feature, but it would help reduce issues about lost progress

And though it may be one server handling the saves for idle, if you're playing on both mobile and PC at the same time, those are not the same instance of your game. If you exit the game on mobile, there may be a chance that you'll get your mobile progress when the game needs to pull from the server again, such as checks for raffle wins and fulfilled requests, but it's highly unlikely that this would happen and it correctly pulls the mobile progress. However, if you leave the game on PC before that happens, the game's auto save on close will overwrite the progress you made on mobile, since the last save state it pulled was made before you made your progress on mobile.

Out of curiosity, did he go into detail on this?

Beyond what I wrote above, he said the decision for the auto save frequency being every 10 mins is a cost/usability balance. Nothing beyond that though.

In my response to Fizzer about the increase in upkeep costs, I did include my guess as to what contributes more to the costs of the servers. My guess being that it costs more when the server disks are being written to and/or read from between it and the players, than when they're just spinning idle or doing system vitality checks or system error checks on the disks themselves.

Fizzer has not responded to me about whether or not this true either.

In fact, the only part he responded to in that message to him was my request for at least adding 'Auto-Save upon close' for free to idle, which at that time wasn't in the game yet, though he was working on it. Today, I'd say Fizzer has that mostly perfected.

If you want me to share the price chart I proposed, I can do that.

i am starting to think i am totally stupid and dumb.

before i go on, jusr want to say i have contacted Fizzer to explian my problem and all i have lost and he replied to me with... alink to the sync procedure... well what can i say; i thpught there would be a little more than that but no.

anyway. Now can someone tell me what i do wrong please:

1 - I Went on a smartphone to check if i could spin the wheel - it says i have to win a game before i can spin. Ok. Disconnection.

2 - Later on i went on my pc and won a game on classic idle. disconnection.

3 - 1 hour later i went on a smartphone and it still said you have to win a game before...


SO HOW DOES THIS WORK ,,,, What do i have to do to trn this game properly? i am really up to my neck with all this. i am supposed to have fun - and accasionaly spend money - and all i get is a nervous breakdown upsetting me.

so please what is the procedure
