I've had to replay ads before because I lost connection on mobile. If there's anything you can do to make sure you have a consistent connection to the internet (like connect your mobile to wifi), that would probably help.

@pasterma, did you claim the win on that game? By that I mean, did you view the result screen at the end of the game?

yes i did, i always do that to see all infirmation with the points, the graphic etc...

but lets not bother anymore about that i have definitely left idle and wont play iy anymore but will only share games on classic warzone as i was soooo disapointed of not getting back at least part of the rewards i have lost....

wont spent any money anymore like i did before on idle buying points. i feel i deserved a little bit more than a lonk to check the sync thing...

Well you only lost maybe a few hours worth of progress, which can easily be made back. Your level would just take marginally longer.

I've had a few times where the game failed to give me powers. Though the issues I had were due to a game error, which Fizzer did comp me for, and at the same time narrow down what the issue for Fizzer to fix, which was later found and fixed. The point is that if you have an issue like that, Fizzer usually would only comp you if your loss was due to an actual error in the game. Your issue specifically is more user error, to which Fizzer may offer to recomp you for, like if it was the first time, but he doesn't have to do that unless, again, it was the game's fault directly.
