40% initial distribution 40% teamwork 40% decision making 10% luck
initially i was goign to post this to accentuate my stupidity, then i thought: i dont actually know the percentages but some of the topics overlap, so this would make much more sense than the simple 100% the other guy proposed

depends on the settings. If you are playing %0 SR with cyclical move order, luck is basically non existent. If you are playing Auto distribution %75 luck it is huge.
To hard to put numbers to something (even ballpark numbers) without a template for context.

Luck is much more than just a simple 3v2. Its more about getting your first pick, the picking order, getting first order, defending the right area in a double border scenario, getting a nice card in random card games etc.
Teamwork is also crucial. Picks coordination or mirror picking, playing the game like a 2v2 team early on rather than 2 players playing 1v1 will help.
Picks are usually deciding factor in top tier games, where skill of both players (expansion and attacking wise), is near perfect and similar.
Play isn't as crucial as the others for the reason explained, but out-predicting your opponent helps i suppose.
