@Gnuffone, I realise that there are problems with the Italian team. Join with your alts and fill up the places :p. Jk, to be honest I expected that you knew some more italian people, but if there aren't much more of them then you indeed should go with another country. The problem is that there isn't another country that speaks Italian that could belong to your team. Maybe try to combine with Switzerland , but the problem is that it isn't really an Italian team (or a team with people who speak italian). In the last cup we tried to keep them apart, but for italy there aren't really much countries that can join. Serbia is already a team on it's own, but maybe you can try to find other joegoslavian countries to fill up your team. If anybody is against that, then they should speak. For me it is not a problem, but other might think different.
@RvW, I know that I speak to fast, but it is supposted to be 5v5. I think that it is indeed smart to keep 7 players or so, but on the other hand, if you want to see wich nation is the best then it also comes to how people can play in different situations. If you only like 1vs1 and only play those, you might be happier, but it doesn't really show everything of your country. It is in my eyes also a bit needed that you can play other styles (Don't get mad at me now, Piggy) Having reserves is ok, but only put them in when other players are inactive or on vacation. That is what I would say. I think that the most will like the idea of 7 players or so who can decided what they play (I can't say I dislike it :D) but I try to keep it as "fair" as possible. I understand your point and I think it is the smartest thing to do, but IMO it is not the best way to get the "fair" results
@YAAT, there isn't an Australian team, but try making one. Or try to contact players from the other Chinese teams, I'm sure that those two teams together have enough players to make one new team now.
@Tenshi: I don't know either who are in that team. the problem is a bit that the sign-up thread for the teams (wich contained all the teams and players + captains) is gone.
@Turing: You also posted that question in the previous nation cup thread. It seems that Texas is in west USA. They used troll's earth map to determine that.

Dutch team 1 is being worked on
If the old dutch team 1 can be re-united I have been informed they would like to play on as it is.
Otherwise if spaces are open I think based on skills me,Dutch Desire and Ctrl Alt Delete would be some of the first to qualify for dutch team 1 based on skill level.
Anyone from the Netherlands who disagrees with that claim can feel free to contest our claims and send us challenges.

No, I don't agree Gnuffone.
If you get an unusual number, I think the better thing to do would either to have qualification rounds, or have unusual group sizes (ie if we get 20, 4 groups of 5).
This way everyone gets to play..
