A lot has happened in the last 6 weeks, so time for a quick update!

Top seed tornado sweeps through his first round match, winning 2-0, to set up a meeting with either schwarz or Timinator.
Octane is stepping away from the game, handing Min a walkover, with their match balanced at 1-1 previously. Min will play Master Bjarke, after he took down 4th seed Dom with a 2-0 victory.

In the bottom half of the draw, ADHD sprung a surprise, defeating FiveStarGeneral 2-0, and he awaits the winner of The Gunslinger v koso (currently locked at 1-1 and playing a decider).
Second seed malakkan is also through, coming through the all-French battle with rakleader 2-1, and he is waiting for the winner of Hergul v Wini (also currently tied at 1-1).

3rd seed The Gunslinger wins the decider, advancing to the quarter-finals with a 2-1 victory over koso!

The first quarter-final is underway, with The Gunslinger and ADHDnl tied at 1-1!

We have our first semi-finalist, as The Gunslinger wins the next 2 to progress with a 3-1 victory.

We're one result away from knowing our full quarter-final line-up!

There is still one remaining Ro16 game, where Timi & schwarz are locked at 1 apiece. tornado awaits the winner in the QF.
In the other QF in the top half of the bracket, Bjarke won the opener vs Min.

In the bottom half, The Gunslinger secured the first SF spot a while ago. He will play the winner of Hergul / malakkan, where the former holds a 2-0 lead at the moment.

And we now have the full QF line-up!

The tournament is continuing to progress, as we now know three of our semi-finalists!

The third game of the last quarter-final is now underway, with Master Bjarke holding a 2-0 lead over Min34. tornado await the winner in the semi-final.

Hergul completes the victory in the second semi-final, giving us a Grand Final of tornado vs Hergul!

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Hergul was forced to concede the final.

Whilst it wasn't the way anyone wanted the tournament to end, it was a thoroughly deserved victory for tornado, who finished as the highest points scorer (by some distance) in the regular season!
