I know everyone has said this before but overwriding bonuses is the single worst aspect of making scenarios in this game. Especially concerning diplomacy games. Isn't there a way to program it so that you can overwrite bonus values in the custom scenario tab, this would make making diplos 20 times more fun, balanced and easier to get into for newer players.
