LOL, I turned the music off within the first few hours of playing, never to enable again. Just don't see any use case for music, I turned the sound off after a few months or playing.

Actually I don't even remember, is music on mobile app only? Likely, guess it would be super annoying if it played from every open WZ browser window/tab.

Background music is mobile only these days. Flash also had it, but r.i.p. Flash.

Map development?
Fizzer posted it firstly on Warzone forum, so it most likely something "local" as a quality of life update for mappers.
The only thing I that comes to my mind is gimmicks for maps, like one-way connections, moving map etc.

I actually turned the music on for the first time in forever tonight. my 4 year old daughter wouldn't let me turn it off calling it "cool battle music!". Just give it a couple hours sweetheart and you will move to greener pastures.

But it got me thinking, where did that music come from? is that Fizzer himself conducting the London Philharmonic Orchestra to an epic masterpiece that he himself wrote? or is it some generic free song from some random place or an old classical tune of some sort?
things that make you go hmm while you wait for your mind to be blown.
