Hello. I don't know how this works, but hopefully I am on the right forum. In chess.com you can draw arrows using the right mouse button (https://images.chesscomfiles.com/uploads/v1/images_users/tiny_mce/notmtwain/phptodsLB.png).
I think a similar feature would be very useful in Warzone too (especially during manual distribution). It also could find use in team games, if my teammates could see my arrows.

I also used to post suggestions like you;
then I took an arrow into knee.
