If you're okay either (A) continuing to play only on Tutorial through HEH, or (B) considering your Idle play "complete" with what you've done so far, then forget about SAsc altogether, you have everything you need.

If you just want to unlock the new maps and play them, then SAsc once, it'll be a slow re-clearing of everything depending on which artifacts you pick, but you get the 17 new maps, and once you unlock them, they'll be available for you each time you pass EH.

If you want to collect all the artifacts, buffs, etc, that SAsc offers, then go wild and SAsc multiple times.

The "benefit" is really just having new maps. Everything else if already available to you without SAsc'ing, there's literally nothing new post SAsc other than the maps. And tbh, they aren't really worth the effort. It's only worth doing if you're type of person who needs to complete everything. And if you are, then you have to define what "completion" actually is.
