With 66 points possible for each team, this is still very early in the competition. But so far, AHOL and WG have surprised by leading the competition while Apex and WM have fallen a little bit behind, and REGL, WL, and CPU all very far behind. I'm sure the results will change quite a bit as the season progresses but it's good to see that WM and Apex will probably have some serious competition this season.

Seahawks, I have little time on my hands right now so I don't think I have the time to do Group B and C at the moment, not sure when I will either. THere's just very little cooperation with clans at that level, while with the good clans, they read the forums and will reply back asap, with lower level clans, they often will just forget about it and not get their lineups together. I'm hoping someone else can take over, Arun and Alex would be some of my first two picks since they are very active and have both grown up enough to successfully run things like the clan league. I might also let them take over Group A next season depending on my activity at that time.

JSA, that's unfair.

We agreed on being placed into group C on the premise that within a few months we would be able to promote ourselves up to group A where we should belong in the first place with regards to skills.

You can't now suddenly just decide to adjourn those games, at least ensure that someone else replaces you in order to set up those games. I for one would be willing to do that.

I wasn't aware though that group A had already started,it really gives for an odd representation this way.

Aranka, I was planning on doing Group B and C soon after Group A. I talked to many of the smaller clans about it. I had very little cooperation from them though and I have become very busy lately. I would love to see you take it over, maybe Arun or Alex can do Group B and you can do Group C then so it is less time consuming for one person. Thanks for volunteering!

Our PR director is correct! How dare you deny us our rightful place in the Top Group! This is outrageous, corrupt and blasphemous! Our 14-3 triumph over the WM clan was enough proof that we deserve to be playing with the best! I demand a restart to this scandalous event!

Thanks for your trite judgements about the non-group-A clans JSA.

I would be happy to take over the administration of group B (and maybe C if there's interest) if you are unable to set it up, unless you'd like to nominate someone else to do it. Tell me all the games I have to set up and I could get it going next weekend after confirming the lineups from the respective clans.

I hope this series doesn't go the way of Sze's series of tournies that saw a lot of inactivity due to discontentment among the players involved. If this doesn't work out for all the clans who are interested, then surely someone else will pick up the slack.

JSA - I don't think it would be fair and wise for me to host group C as Relite themselves would be playing in it.
For the sake of fairplay I think it's better that if I help I get posted in another group - being group B.

Furthermore I'm not gainsaying your claim of seeking contact with the teams in group B and C, but all I know is that we from Relite never heard any inquiries from you while we had our line-up ready before even most players in group A had them.

It's just disappointing that after weeks of no single notifications we suddenly hear that group A has already started weeks ago.
Most of the teams in group B and C in my opinion were in the presumption that the clan league was put on hold - not that it selectively went through for only a minority of the players.....

Indeed, a bit strange JSA. You know that since weeks we have a lineup. There was no question about our cooperation because we were not even asked about our lineup.

ReLite should not participate in any system that ranks them below CPU. In fact, given their famed 17-part victory over WM, they might perhaps be even too good for Group A. Is there maybe a group higher than A, maybe Group 0-9, where they could play?

I hate to gainsay a fellow Apex, or an ex-pex as you may be, but you should show ReLite the respect they deserve. I mean, the respect they constantly demand.

Finally, I would like to ReRemind you of their 14-3 victory over WM.

I agree with aranka, relite's games starting later is a clear sign of foul play and a conspiracy to not adhere the written agreement that they could play in league A.
Next thing you know they actually have to win against some other clans to be put in clan A, while their 14-3 win over WM clearly shows that they play on such a high level that clans in group C & B, and possibly A, should just surrender to them on turn 1 to not waste any time.

Thanks for the nomination, but I'm short of time to run such a big tournament. We do have our lineup ready though, and will hopefully be an easy clan to work with in Group B.

RElite members, you were very cooperative with your lineups, I have nothing to complain about with you guys, or the other 4 clans that have submitted lineups in Divisions B and C. The problem was with some of the smaller clans that did not bother getting lineups together. I'll let Pushover be in charge of Group B and if he needs help, Alex can be the first guy he asks. For Group C, I think Aranka is the best pick, being in charge of that group will make no difference in the final score, there's no way to bias the clan league that I know of. I'll make games with you guys soon to tell you the clans you need to contact and the clans that have already submitted lineups. Thanks to all of you who volunteered to help! I would also like to say that for this first season, one group can be superpromoted to Group A from Group C, and only one will be promoted from Group B. So it will look like this for next season:

Group A: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, C1
Group B: B2, B3, B4, B5, A6, A7, C2
Group C: C3, C4, C5, B6, B7, C6, C7, etc. up to 10

JSA i have talked to {rp} if you let me know the Templates i might be to squeeze together some teams to play.

If enough clans are inactive, I wonder if it's worth attempting to merge groups B and C, but I guess we'll see soon enough when we try to confirm lineups and such.
