1: As I understand it, it is only found in K-PX and you can only get it twice. Is that twice per generic assenc or twice ever to the end of all things
2: I am assuming it would be best to save them for the longest most brutal levels. I have 2 ML although I don't remember playing the level twice. Does that I can with my 2 skips play 3 levels at once
3: I seem to recall that if you use an active artifact on one level while running miltis that the 16 hour cooldown applies to every map. Is this true or am I a big old Senility McSenileFace.
4: Should I used them on hardened levels the first time round or use them on the last 3 bog standard levels [it's my first time around.

3.the artifacts are shared between all maps, for instance you use supercharge army camp on one map, but now cannot use it again on any map until the cooldown is done
4. my personal recommendation is use them for the final 3 hardened maps at once. after you've ascended a couple times
All powers can only be collected twice, regardless of any ascensions or super ascensions
The ML was on K-PX but was moved when the levels were reset last time. I believe it’s now on Peloponesian War. Some people managed to collect it four times (twice at each location) as a result but this is legacy now.
Once you unlock phase 4 you can buy it as an advancement, I don't remember if it's four or five you can have running at once without cards. But by that point it's not all that useful because you'll be beating levels as fast as you can invest time into playing them. You can also (rarly) get them from your daily draw, and I don't recall if they are on the spinner or not.
If you use them on the last three hardened you will still be only half done with triskell when you beat the other two. Perhaps a better use would be to do triskell and Europe twice, or better yet just don't do triskell, it's really not worth the pain. If you get gud practicing soft Europe you will learn the tricks that can help you beat the hard version quite quickly. I would take screen shots as you go if you don't want to burn away the fog. Super IM at the right spot will beat it in a flash.
I don't know if this is the right stategie but I use 3 MLs currently (1 from KP-X and 2 from Pelepo-war) to beat the last 4 normal Levels of my first ascencion. The Last few hardend levels is the other option, but I think I will be able to beat them faster then the normal version now. You have to decice for yourself.
It was on KP-X, and you could get it twice ever. Then there was a bonus level that was used to promote the idle-only app, which gave 1 multilevel upon completing from both Android and iOS, once each. And now it is on normal Pelo, and you can get it twice there, even if you got 2 from KP-X.
The only other ways to get free MLs is your clan getting 1st or 2nd in Clan Wars with you getting at least 1 win during the season for your clan, and getting 1st in coin seasons, getting 51,200 BP in idle battles, and maybe if Fizzer puts them as rewards for his tournaments, but he's yet to offer one as a tourney prize. Any of these methods, you can do an unlimited number of times, provided that you meet the conditions.
