Miyagi, this isn't just Guiroma I was rating on. I have no doubt Mr. Pink would be in Group A if we go by Guiroma, he is very good at that, and would definitely compete for first in Group A. But this league is for all templates, not just Guiroma. While Mr. Pink is good at other templates, I would not put him in Group A on any others I have seen, and on some, he might even end up in C. That is why I put him in B.

To be honest Jsa tell me that he put him in tier 2 on purpose bc he is afaid to lo lose by the king of guitoma xD
