Is there a new map making program? And does it mean there will be a larger map file size?

1. does this mean we can fully make fully 3D maps like a globe of the earth...

2. console support (if u can do vr then you cna do console)

3. will the 3D part be apart of the warzone browser or will it be only in the standalone or will it need its own seperate thing (is it locked behind membership?

Still can’t get over fizzer’s disrespect of small earth in that video

My main question now is how will the 3D elements affect stuff that isn’t territories or bonus objects. As of right now the video only shows things identified as Territory_ and BonusLink_ in 3D. It does look like you can raise areas to your liking (small earth in the vr section shows slight mountains and such) so perhaps the same can be applied to the background layer? Will there be a 3rd identifier tag to represent object you want to be in 3D that aren’t Territory_ or BonusLink_ .

Maybe this is just a rendering technique, and map creators still are limited to making the map in 2D. Unless Fizzer is also adding an in-app map making tool that can allow map creators to also make true 3D maps, which would then get a 2D render as well upon creation.

Yeah my hope is that it’s the map creators that decide what their map looks like in 3D

@splat there was a scene of the map without army numbers so I assume that u can modify it ingame

Will I be able to see other people in the 3D space if they are on the same game as me?

We can add mountains to maps! Although I'm puzzeled for how to transfer maps to 3D or create 3D maps

Furthermore if fizzer makes it possible that we can trow territories over the board, then the Risk game can transform into a puzzle, attracking puzzlelovers to warzone XD
Imaging a 3200 territory Big USA with all the territories mixed up, many of them are square. It would be the hardest puzzle to solve!
