The game settings are:
- boot banking - enabled
- vote to boot - 2 days
- direct boot - 18 hours
The player is bootable after 1 day 2 hours this round (direct boot) - 3 days 7 hours (vote to boot).
I check the game after 1 day 2 hours, yet the player is still -un-bootable- I am not allowed to boot him even if time is overdue.
Is this a bug or what?

He is not on vacation - also the tournament doesn't respect vacations!
