Hello everyone, I came up with this idea and maybe someone is interested in playing it.

40 players, 6 rounds, one winner.

The challenge is to win through 6 rounds in different team games, in which only the players of the winning team continue to play, until only two players remain and they will face each other in a final combat.
In the first rounds, luck can influence but in the end only skill will determine the winner.

Instructions:

- Only the players of the winning team advance to the next round. Even if one of them has been eliminated or has surrendered or has been booted once and took control again.

- If a player is booted twice he will not play the next round if his team wins.

- If this happens, a player from the losing team will take his place. The player will be chosen randomly among the players of the losing team who have never been booted.

- In the fourth round (3v3), a player from the losing team of the previous game will be randomly chosen to get a place, the draw will be among the players who have never been booted throughout all the rounds.

- In the fifth round (2v2) a player from the losing team of the previous game will be randomly chosen to get a place, the draw will be among the players who have never been booted throughout all the rounds. A player who has already lost once cannot be chosen either.

- Throughout all the rounds if a player does not join the game his seat will be occupied by a player from the losing team in the previous game, determined at random, and as always the draw will be among the players who have never been booted throughout all the rounds.

- The winner will also get a prize in coins (to be determined yet, now I have few haha)

There are several cases, where getting booted or risking to boot may benefit the team.

Good luck getting enough players; alex wasn't able to get enough players for his event, even when he offered the charity BS.

A pool of 64/32 players would probably lend itself better to your concept.

64--->32--->16--->8--->4--->2

I dislike the "lucky loser comes back" system.

Take the 2^n numbers, starting with n=2 (there is no point to make a tournament with only 2 players)
4-8-16-32-64-128...
You need only 4 players to start a tournament, but the more the better.
If you reach 4-7 people interested, the 4 first to say that they wants to play gets into the tournament: 1 2v2 then 1 final between the 2 players of the winning team.
If you reach 8-15 people, you play with the 1st 8 players, you add a 4V4 round before the 2V2, the winners go to the 2V2 round.
If you reach 16-31 people, you play with the 1st 16 players, you add a 8V8 round before the 4V4, the winners go to the 4V4 round.
If you reach 32-63 people, you play with the 1st 32 players, you add a 16V16 round before the 8V8, the winners go to the 8V8 round.
At 64 people, you make 2 packs of 32 players playing 16V16, then the winners go for the top32 16V16
At 128 people, you make 4 packs of 32 players playing 16V16, then the winners go for the top64 16V16
And it can continue as far as you want, but I highly doubt you have a chance to reach 256 or 512 players.

I know what you mean, but I wanted to play 20v20-10v10 and 5v5 and then look at the players skills with the 3v3-2v2 and 1v1 with ladder settings.

Taking one of the losing team is so that some player has the opportunity to play if they reached 5v5 and due to bad luck in the distribution they lost the game. It's like an extra life from video games.

The warzone legacy games are just 10 games, 9 of which have custom scenarios (which i'll try to get before game 1 ends) and the people who win the most games win the whole thing
