Pretty much what I said above. Could use XP players have gained whilst in the clan to progress. Some upgrades could be
-upgraded clan cap
-upgraded clan wars cap
-New features
-XP multiplyer
-etc

Maybe use CW wins instead?

Good idea, but would that not stop newer clans from ever having a chance to win CW with an upgraded clan war cap? the rest are fine imo

It may also incentives old clans to downgrade in order to gain access to the tech tree. Maybe a final upgrade for player cap is unlimited players?
It would be cool for an upgrade to get a clan only cosmetic

Great idea.
Yet not sure, whether clan perks should be tied to CW wins. We already have much competitive frustration around CW.

if you tie it to CW wins (or xp earned in CW), the big clans will only outgrow the little clans even faster than they are already doing...

Love the idea but in the long run will make the gap between big and small bigger and bigger
