I'm launching a new Diplo Format

Instead of starting with a chunk of territories (+armies), you start with a bag of money and have to buy your way to power.

What skills constitutes having "diplo experience"?

Just not being a jerk, properly declaring, not becoming PE? Are mods in play diplov2, diplov4, factions?

Or something more along the lines of immersive RP?

Technically someone who has played 100 diplos but doesn't follow any rules and is PE every game has "diplo experience". (;

That was more intended as: have you played any Diplos before.

The account is rather new + in another chat, the player had indicated that he is 10 years old.

That didn't seem suited for the game I'm hosting, as it requires something more than just RPing.

You might want to check out Dutch's latest mod. It just went through testing and should be approved soon (next day or two if not already). It lets you set custom card configs per player slot for both starting & turn earnings.

This could help with your game, minimally give the host all the cards required to properly host the game.

oh, i do play a lot of diplos, but i'm usually the first non-ai player eliminated, even when i don't immediately surrender
