Hi, when playing WZIB you often conquer an artillery area. When this happens a dark yellow information box shows up below the attack button at the upperleft corner of the screen. This information box tells you what the attack does and is only interesting for new players.

They are really annoying in blocking the left part of the screen. When you want to click/conquer on an area in that direction they are in the way. You need to either quickly attack first or click on the information boxes to get rid of it. During the heat of a battle this can become an annoying delay.

Is it possible to turn these information boxes off? I don't need to know anymore what information they provide. For example having a turn on/off option at the waiting lobby of WZIB?

Turn off show ballon for Battle attacks in the settings. You can turn off all other ballons there aswell if you want

APP:
Player icon -> settings -> untick "battle attack"

Browser:
Menu item "App settings"

I noticed something weird:

At the browser:

When you have Idle on your screen you can go to:
'your username' => app settings.

But when you have for example Multiplayer => Dashboard open on your screen:

'your username'=> 'app settings' is missing.



Anyway I unchecked 'battle attack' at 'your username' => app settings

Now the yellow formation boxes/balloons are not appearing anymore at WZIB.

Yep, it only shows on pages that use UJS for rendering, so thats idle and any game. Besides that, its not shown anywhere.

Hmmm. When I close down warzone and play it again the next day at the browser I need to uncheck it again. In other words when I uncheck it it won't save it when I close warzone.

Is there not a save function somehow so that we don't have to uncheck it again when we start warzone again on the browser?

it should save it, so perhaps WZ isnt allowed to save cookies or something?

For me it does, so probably browser settings.

Weird, my browser does delete history when closing down everytime automatically.

However, based on the log in/out function of warzone I thought it would be saved based on your account. But perhaps this is not true?

I guess I will uncheck it everytime.

app settings are not linked to your account, but to a specific app (each browser is its own "app" as well)

if your browser deletes cookies, these settings are lost. Nothing to change here for you, this is something Fizzer would have to redesign, if there was demand.
