Rules:
1.Claims: Ethnical,religious convertion, government convertion and diplomatic insult (If anyone swears at you) 2.Declare War on Public Chat, you must use a claim to declare war. 3.No Spamming 4.Must pm the host after every age, with following info: State name. Religion. Government. And where you started.

5.Choose a Government Type 6.Please read rules. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Religions: (RL = Religous leader)RLs can demand a white peace (everything stays the same) for 2 turns between any rivaling states following the same religion, but only once every age.
Judaism: Have a claim for Poland,Judea and Sinai. The controller of Judea (isreal) becomes the RL.
Catholic Christianity: Can elect a RL, there will be 4 electors, the owner of Paris,Berlin, London and Rome. They have a claim for Turkey and Greece.
Orthodox Christianity: The first christian state to conquer Leningrad or Istanbul bonus becomes the RL, has a claim on Turkey and Russia.
Protestant Christianity: Has no RL, can only exist after the 30 years war.
Muslim: The muslim country which has the most deploys become the RL. They have a claim against the holder of Berlin,London,Rome and Paris. Have a claim on any Saudi-Arabian province controlld by any other religion.
Mongolic Shamanism: Has a claim on any of the Mongolia and China bonuses. If Istanbul is conquered by a MS (Mongolic Shamanist), the MS will become a muslim. Will become PE if they go further east than Russia and further west than China. Must spawn in Mongolia.
Norse: The first to control either, Sweden,Denmark or Norway will become RL. Has a claim on England,Ireland and Scotland. Losing a war means you must convert to the winning relgion.
Egyptian Mythology: Has a claim on Isreal and Northern Africa bonus. The ruler of Cairo is the RL.
Zoroastrianism: The controller of Iran is the RL, has a claim on the middle east.
Hellenism: The first controller of Greece or Italy is the LR. Has a claim on Europe,Italy and Greece.
Buddhism: Cannot declare war on other buddhists, has a claim on Tibet and Bhutan. The RL leader is the controller of Tibet.
Hinduism: Has a claim on Pakistan and India, the RL is the controller of the India bonus (Not India subcontinent)
North American Shamanism: Has a claim on North America, there is no RL.

Tier 1 Governments: 1-7
Tribal Chiefdom: Can attack natives, can only alloy other chiefdoms.
Tribal Democracy: Can attack natives, can ally everyone.
Senetorial dictatorship: Only nations who border the mediterranean can choose this, can attack natives, can create vassal states and ally with everyone. Must have hellenic, Egyptian Mythology,zoroastrianism or Islam as their religion.
Tier 2: 8-13 If in North America and a Tribal Chiefdom, you can turn into Indian Chiefdom: Can create federal-vassals (cannot be attacked or broken). Cannot attack natives, can have two alliances.
Tribal Chiefdom turns into Feudal Monarchy: Can attack natives, can have ONE personal alliance, can only ally 3 nations.
Tribal Democracy turns into Trade Republic: Has claim on Gotand,Liguria Piermont and Northeastern Italy.
Senetorial Dictatorship turns into Byzantine Senate: (Must control Istanbul). Must convert to orthodoxism or Islam. Has a claim on all infidels in Europe and the Middle east.
(If controller of Italy and;
Christian: Turns into Papal States, becomes RL for 1 age. Has the exact same benefits as a Trade Republic, but can't convert to other religions.
Hellenic: New Roman Empire, becomes Hellenic RL for 3 ages, even if Italy is lost. Has the same benefits as an empire.
If any other, becomes Italian monarchy, has a claim on Slovenia and Southern France.
If Istanbul isn't controlled by you, you can choose any of the other governments excluding The Empire Government.
The controller of 25% of any major boost can become an Empire: Has a claim on all Trade Republics, can attack natives and can have three personal alliances, and 5 normal allies.
Tier 3 13-23
Indian Chiefdom turns stays the same untill tier 4.
Trade republics turn into: Democracies: Cannot attack natives, has a government claim on all dictatorships. Can change religion once every age.
Dictatorships: Can attack natives, has a claim on all medium boosts (Full nations like Iran,England,France etc.)
Trade Empire: Can attack natives, has a claim on India,North Africa,Sub-Saharan Africa and The Philipines. Must control Netherlands,England,Spain,Portugal or Denmark, must convert to Christanity.
Feudal monarchy turns into: Absolute monarchy: Can attack natives.
Prussian Constituionalism: Can change religion every age, can change government to any of the democracy governments after 3 turns.
Byzantine senate turns into:
(If held by a muslim) Ottoman Sultanate: Has a claim on all balkan bonuses (Bosnia,Serbia,Albania,Bulgaria,Greece and Moldovia), can ally all muslims.
(If hellenic) New Roman Senate: Has a claim on all infidels, becomes the new RL, all other hellenic nations become a vassal.
(If orthodox) Reformed Byzantine Senate: Byzantine Senate, becomes RL, and can have 6 alliances, 0 personal.
(If any other) Become any of the tier 2 governments, will change to tier 4 like everyone else.
Empires turn into:
(If Hellenic) New Roman Empire: Has a claim on Italy, becomes RL unless NRS (New Roman Senate) has been created.
(If Egyptian Mythologic) Pharaoism: Has a claim on Africa, becomes RL.
(If christian or muslim) Old-World Empire: Can have 1 personal alliance, gets a claim on Berlin,Paris,London and Rome
(If any other) Turns into any of the tier 2 governments, will turn into tier 4 like everyone else.
Tier 4
Can choose any of the following:
Fascist state: Gets a claim on People's republic, can only ally other fascist and national socialist states.
National Socialist State: Gets a claim on Peoples' republics and capitalist democracies, can only ally fascists and national socialists, must declare war on any jewish state. Must convert to judaism.
Jewish Democracy: Gets a claim on all other government types, can not ally any states.
Peoples' Republic: Gets a claim on Russia,Germany and Italy, can only ally other Peoples' Republics, can create non-agression pacts with all other governments. Must convert to athiesm.
Capitalist Democracy: Gets a claim on fascists, can ally any other government.
Sultanate: Can attack any other government form, and can ally any other. Must convert to islam.

1-2:Neolithic Wars don't have to be declared, and don't need any claims.
Turn 3-4:Bronze Age Wars must be declared with a claim, vassal states can be created. Turn 5-6:Classical Age Wars can be declare without a claim.
Turn 7-8:Dark Ages Ethnicities and religions become valid claims.
Turn 8-10:High Medieval Ages All regions held in the Dark Ages will become your ethnicity (giving you a claim) past this age.
Turn 11-13:Renaissance The holder of Berlin automatically becomes the christian RL. All who opposse become Protestants, and must declare war against the RL.
Turn 13-16:Early Colonial Age The top 4 nations with most deploys can choose to turn 1 of the 4 nations with least deploys into protectorates.
Turn 17-19:Late Colonial Age England,France,Spain and Mexico get a claim on the USA bonus.
Turn 19-23:Industrial Age The top 10 nations with most deploys get a claim on the India and Sub-Saharran Africa bonus.
Turn 23-beyond: World War Everybody can declare mass wars, meaning that if you declare war against a Capitalist Republic and you're a Peoples' republic, all PRs and CRs must fight.
Empires must control 50 of the medium boosts within their major boost.
Major boosts: The big white boosts.
Medium: Black boosts.
Minor: All other.
