A: Memorable question! May be just a little bit. Ofc, as there are a lot of tech-proficient people among WZ userbase, I generally understand, that code-related posts is not a high priority for a online game forum.

What makes Prime a successful clan? Are there things other clans should implement to raise the clan standard? What is your opinion about clans on the open clan page? A stepping stone or a graveyard? Are there good practices from other clans you wish to implement or feel should be implemented in every clan?

A: Excellent question! I think that our key to success is that we implement the community-first approach to clan development. We have managed to reach a sustainable mutually beneficial balance between the management and community efforts, benefits to members and correct and fair expectations. We have a clear "clan offering" and have succeeded to meet those expectations for a long period of time.

Q: Are there things other clans should implement to raise the clan standard?
A: Exceptional question! I am not sure, that it is correct to tell other clans that they "should" implement anything.
First of all, there are a lot of good clans, with unique differentiated recipes for success. What works for one clan, might not work for another.
Second, even if there might be a recommendation, it should be tied with what the clan leader/owner sets a goal for his clan, and what the clan landscape is around that clan. Prime's practices, have developed with the certain goals, which we initially had in mind. Other clans might want to start with goal setting too.
If any clan wants a more detailed recommendation, we can talk about it directly. I have made a tour around a vast amount of different clans, and might recommend something.

A: Majestic question! I think, that vast the majority of clans on the open clan page offer lackluster experience for the new clan members. While that may be not a bad thing by itself, I find it unfortunate, that new players, who want to discover the clan scene, are by default "funneled" to a place, where they most probably will experience by far not the best side of Warzone clan-life.

Q: Are there good practices from other clans you wish to implement or feel should be implemented in every clan?
A: Dazzling question! I am quite satisfied with the results in the areas, which I personally find interesting as a Warzone player. I would welcome, if we could bring our classic/strategy related expertise and activity to a new level. With the ladders revamp and Div C Clan League season starting in a few months, we have a unique opportunity to set a major footprint in the strategic area of Warzone.

When Harmony's managers really want to ditch their clan and join us, we are open. Our atmosphere is really chill and refreshing after the oppression, that you may have faced in your clan before (speaking of Harmony's taxation schemes). You will probably need to leave your current clan first (that's merely a technical issue).

just to be completely open. yeller will never “ditch” harmony, marley has already learned much from tla and wants to be an ambassador. i will participate in clan activities with prime in the future but still have much to learn from tla. i hope to one fay be in prime because it looks great and i wish to learn so thanks and i’ll get back to you.
in the meantime my main has a biomes final to win with skweer and otto.

What are the unique prime rewards and for how many Prime Waiting Points can they be redeemed?

There are two types of rewards!

1. League Rewards
First type of rewards is based on the total amount of Prime Waiting Points you will enter different Prime Waiting Leagues!

- 150 PWP - Bronze League
- 250 PWP - Silver League
- 450 PWP - Gold League
More leagues exist above Gold, but those are secret until entered. :D

When entering the league, you will be awarded special Prime achievements associated with that Prime Waiting League. Yay!

2. Rank Rewards
Rank rewards are given out every month to any player, who was in the Prime Waiting List for the entire month prior.

There are special trophies and achievements to the top Prime Waiting List players! Also coin prizes! ;)

Later upon joining Prime the Prime Waiting Points may be exchanged for Prime Points. Yaaay!!

Just open your clan if you are so desperate for new players. Just like some other clans. Same goes for clans like Myth Busters, although they are limited to 40 players (and still keep winning clan wars).

This thread would be long dead without fivesmith spamming this thread, other recruiting threads were much more popular.

M'Hunters, Harmony and 101st are the best clans to join.

Thanks for advice. Unfortunately, we cannot "open" a clan. :( Only clans with lower than 40 members can be "opened" and listed on the open clan page.

Currently, Prime has about ~100 active members and is top-3 Warzone clan in terms of Classic activity (I would bet that in Idle we are top-1). So we neither qualify to "open" our clan, nor can't remove players to satisfy the criteria. (we also don't like kicking people, while being proud of one of the best retention rates among Warzone clans)

While our presence in mainstream activities is already pretty visible and serves as the best recruitment, own forum thread is a nice addition.

Absolute truth, thanks for pointing this out. If I had not maintained this thread, it would be already dead/closed just like the threads of other clans are.
