The idea is that you have an option to set time by turn for ex(1st turn you set it to 2 min then 2nd turn you set it to 3 then you keep it at 3 for a while and at turn 10 you put it 5) because some maps take a while in the later parts of the game but it shouldn't take 15 min for turn 1

this can be solved by enabling banking time.
I think better option would be allowing to set different boot time for distribution (as it can take more time than regular turn, especially in team games)

banking time sometimes goes a bit overboard but I guess I will have to live with it
