Yeah, I will probably barely play coin games given the minimum to cash out. I would have to play a lot of them, it just isn't worth my time because by the time I play that many games, it will be all sharks left anyway as people burn through their free coins.

Yeah the $75.00 thing makes it so I either have to play much more than I already do or take really risky games.

Unless I am mistaken, this is not possible. User-created coin games are by definition challenges and have to be directed at a specific opponent. They cannot have open seats as you propose.
