Which Best 3 Artifacts do you use often?

I like using army camp boost, supercharge armies, and interchanging territory money boost with mercenary discounts and money cache boost

Army Cache Boost
Bonus Money Boost
Territory Money Boost
Supercharge Army Camp in the 4th slot from that hardened level.

Will sometimes switch out Territory Money Boost for the Legendary Triple Strike. My idle time is 9 hours currently and I don't check up on it much (once in the morning, once in the evening usually) so I mainly use passive artifacts that don't require any interaction.

I don't understand why you'd use any of these except SAC.
Normal (non SASC) levels
Step 1: get to first market (sac helps or a power or just riding caches and upgrading armies).
Step 2: get some $.. usually a few billion by buying and selling bars. Use Legendary AV if you have it. Some people like item values but that's phase 3. upgrade an army camp to 100m (helps with cache)
Step 3. Use army cache and mercs (have 100% or so extra) to hop to the next markets and hospitals
Step 4. Waiting period: upgrade your hospitals to at least level 2 and then make any items you can't buy to get to "tell your workers that it's cash" advancement
Step 5. finish.

static and battle I keep:
Legendary Alloy Values (good with auto sell), Epic Army Cache, Legendary Time Warp, Legendary Supercharged Army Camp
sometimes when marching through idle levels I'll swap off for hospital boost rare (8% .. epic only goes to 10% so not worth it), or merc discount rare when buying.. sometimes not worth the hassle.

For SASC levels , will have to use a Legendary TS and/or an epic Inspire Mercs, though just doing thirty years war and hex earth daily is enough ap
use the time warp on cooldown (good if it coincides with a hospital).. always digging. get auto dig.. even if only 2k.
Good to do the SASC levels once, but wait until you have simultaneous levels to 2 or 3 first as they are terrible.
Take a screenshot of the maps after you're done and mark the locations of markets and hospitals and max mercs as well as massive cache bonus territories (especially for SASC where you need a 155T to upgrade a hospital that you can't market your way to) Dumb that there's not a hospital vis. cache locations change but hospitals markets recipes mercs don't

I suppose you're asking which 3 artifacts usually occupies my artifact slots.

Here are the 6 artifacts that I usually use, ranked from most important to least important:
Alloy Value (most important)
Army Cache Boost
Time Warp
Supercharge Army Camp
Hospital Boost
Army Camp Boost (least important)

I rarely usually use artifacts outside of these 6.

Note that Alloy Value, Army Cache Boost and Hospital Boost are artifacts that operates by swapping in and out though. I only put on Alloy Value when I'm selling alloys. I only put on Army Cache Boost when I'm capturing an army cache. I only put on Hospital Boost when I'm capturing territories. So most of my time it's the other 3 occupying my slots.

The best artis depend on your stage of the game. I SAsc with Leg AV SAC and ACacheB and I think those 3 are the best for me, now I also have the epic TS from H CCC, which I use in the 4th slot. In the early game though, where market strat doesn't work, I think you're best of with ACampB, SAC and SS/SC for techs, and swap in HB, MercD, AV, Cache Boosts whenever you need. An epic TW can skip hosp upgrade time if you want to.

Time warp is always useful. You still want to be digging at low levels and time warp makes that better

Does anybody know how to Activate Artifacts that you already have but for some reason you cannot use? Or the reasons why you cannot activate it?

You can't activate an arti if it's upgrading, cooling down or you're playing a challenge level

I'm playing a Hardened Level. Taking longer than expected as the name suggests. :) The three artifacts I'm using are Supercharge Mine, Market Raid, and Inspire Mercs

@ZoneMania. Oh, obviously you can only use those artis if you actually have a Mine/Merc camp/Market

Why are you playing a HARDENED level without an SAC or ACampB or something like that?

Maybe...he just didn't get one yet??? Look at his profile, he's quite early game. The AP and Epic TS is 100% worth the time spent

1) Supercharge army camp
2) Army camp boost
3) Mine boost
are the standard for me, traded out as needed for sales or cache boosts
No one seems to use mine boost as a regular. so I ask if thats a weak card that I should switch out
