The usual rate is 1 coin in order to waste 1 army, # of coins required for a full game change L->W depends on how many armies you need thrown into wastelands

For players you're even-ish with, sure ... but there are players out there who can wreck others, and the army gap becomes greater and the cost would therefore go up.

Both, if a player doesn't join in one team the teal that joins gets the points/win. Not sure what happens if there are no-joins in both teams.

Green is points earned from that, red points given.

i meant if the statistic counts the games that a team didnt join or if it counts the players that didnt join (if you can get 1 or more "points" from a single game)

That graph is in points. So if 1 player non-joined in a 3v3, then the losing clan would get -5 for the non-join and the winning clan would get +5 gained (in this graph only).

If players on both teams non-join, then one team is randomly given the win (and the other given the loss of course).
