Interesting. I don't have any ideas right now, but I'd advise not to do something too ambitious. By experience, in 1-3 minutes it's better to concentrate on one scene, a single emotion, 4-5 shots max. Otherwise it gets a bit too crowded and you loose focus.

Also check the movie "To each his own cinema" ("Chacun son cinéma" in french). It's a mix of short films of exactly 3 minutes each made by some of the greatest directors alive, from David Lynch to Gus Van Sant.
If you still can't find inspiration I might still have a few old scenarios taking dust in the basement if you want ;-)
