Click the X button of the tab (usually located at the top of the browser window)
Click the X button of the browser window (top right) to close all tabs
Ctrl+w is a browser shortcut for closing a tab
Alt+F4 is a Windows shortcut for closing the current window (if on desktop given option to put your device to sleep, lock, restart and shutdown). Restarting or shutting down will close the window
Ctrl+shift+esc is a Windows shortcut for opening Task Manager (can use it to close and programs)
Ctrl+alt+delete is a Windows shortcut for restarting, shutting down and locking your device among other things. Restarting and shutting down will close the window
Edit: some more methods
Pressing and holding the power button of your device will cause it to shutdown. It will close the window
If you have a desktop then disconnecting the power supply will cause an unexpected shutdown
If you have laptop or other battery powered device (which isn’t a smartphone) with less than <13% battery (this is HP recommended default) and disconnect the power supply it will shutdown
The shutdown/restart options only close the tab if you haven’t told your browser to preserve tabs when the browser/window is closed

You could try closing your laptop. But then... that assumes you are using a laptop.
For all I know you could be using a stone tablet.
