I suggest the creation of a new setting item about AIs: "number of terms an AI survives after the player being booted".
This would avoid and solve tree problems: (1) discussions between players that do not agree about vote the end of a game because a player was booted or autobooted without chance to get back to the game; (2) permits the game creator to set a game in witch AIs do not play till the end, sometimes distorcing the win possibilities of the team that didnt got a player booted because other players do not permit his surrender, (3) thou giving the booted player the chance to retake control from the AI in case he had been booted or autobooted against his own will.
