Seems like this template can easily reult in a stalemate, especially when you forget which neutrals have 4 and which have 2. Results in untakable bonuses and eventually because of AC no possibility of progress

Don't think it's ever really a stalemate, even if both sides are too afraid to make a capture and do nothing for 10 turns, eventually you're going to have a stack big enough of killing any neutrals

But tbh it's just silly to use Better Not + Dense Fog together; shame on Stef for this mess

Hum, interesting, indeed the army cap could make this a complete stalemate, for neutrals with 2 or 4 you just have to go back into history so I don't really see this as a problem.

It can be a stalemate because of the army cap, so you might never get a stack big enough. And the combo works! you just have to count the number of armies the opponent has used compared to his income and if he reached the army cap :D

Just when I thought you couldn't stoop lower than Better Don't + Dense Fog ... you throw out Better Don't + Dense Fog + Army Cap ... GAH

This calls for escalated levels of shaming
