It's based on the Italian region Tuscany, I have already done borders, connection and bonuses.
If I were to set it to public would I still be able to change it later to maybe fix some mistakes or idk something?
Also, If I wanted to test it with other players I would just need to set it to testing right? and does anybody want to test my map?

Yes. Provide a link and I will test your map.

You can set your map to Testing so you can have others (like the amazing HangFire) test it with you.

Only if youre 100% sure its error free, should you request it to be made public.

Once a map is public, you cannot just change it anymore.

I think there is a misunderstanding here. You can edit a map that has gone public and submit the edit to go public just like the initial 1.0 ver. The only thing you cannot change is the map's name. Everything else is fair game, including adding or removing territories and bonuses.
