I made the observation, that Time-Warp does not honor auto draft. In the endgame, where you buy large amounts of merc, I timewarped, but received only that amount of armies, corresponding to my standard income.
So I observed further, that the time-window, in which you get those huge sliding draft incomes shrinked however (which is to expect).
Has someone made similar observations?
