I have a question about why it happens that when I attack to an opponent or a random area it happens that after the attack the opponent or area stil has for example 1 army and i have 11 army's wile i selected my complete army to attack?
I hope I'm clear enough with my question. I searched the site but couldn't find an obvious answer.

Based on what you are describing it sounds like a failed attack. I recommend reading up on Attack and Defense Kill Rates as well as utilizing the 'Analyze' button when attempting an attack to determine what your odds of taking the territory are.
Also, such questions are most easily answered when illustrations are provided so I recommend adding a link to a completed multi-player game and the specific turn/action that confused you

so... say they make eight armies a turn and you make 3. they have a land with one army, you increase from 8 to 11 and attack. But to defend they put 8 armies into their territory.
11 v 9 = Falied attack unless VERY low luck setting.

i think i'm having a similar problem. yes the enemy added troops but at the end my territory has 5 armies and their's has 2 and 3v2 with no luck it's a game i created. why did my troops give up when they were guaranteed to win

game link is much better than a screenshot... then we can see the details and show the player why it's doing what it's doing, rather than guessing...
