I am pleased to report how you can get around the "no line break typing" in the mod.

All you need to do is type your message in Notepad. Then Copy/Paste into the text field and it recognizes and holds line breaks.

Notepad is only for Windows. Need to account for cr+lf, cr, lf. No other line breaks have been used. lf+cr should never happen, never been in common use, but cr+ls is (Windows only). lf = line feed, cr = carriage return

Yeh it's weird but it works. Until I get it "fixed", this extra step does the trick.

Turns out all we needed was a hardcoded \r\n

(everyone up to this point sorta assumed \n would just work, not used to languages that still need a return before LF 😅)

Hmmmm... I'll give it a try.
