RT is a pain to setup, Texx and I are in completely different time zones. 11 games in one sitting is a lot so it would need to be spread over several different sessions. If some games are RT and others MD we need to agree on which games are RT.

I don't want to kill the challenge over this, and if Harmony is that afraid that I'll ask for help am willing to make it work, on one condition: TC for SE1W and SEAD is the old /coin autogame tc of 3 + 5. I've lost too many games in 1 + 2 by just not having enough time to watch turn and enter moves.

88% participation is reasonable, 5% boot is laughably high.

Texx is good, I actually don't know how good, but it will be fun to find out.

I think we can organise availability pretty easily and make it a live event, or a mix between RT and MD.

I don’t suggest we’d play all 11 games at once, but rather split it up into short segments of 3 or 4 games. We could get Tacky or Old Yeller to stream it, make it an hour or two long stream and give interviews after games.

I prefer those boot timers for Small Earth, too. If we streamed it, the longer times would also give commentators more time to talk about the turns and variations of strategies.
