My new map, Kingdom of Norway, has been up for a few days, but still has too few ratings to have the average rating shown. This is the case for many new maps. Let's get to work and actually rate the thousands of map here, so they get the podium place they deserve!

I typically search for maps with TBD rating lately to put them in Map of the Week vote, voted your map in this week. Hopefully this can help a bit

You can argue it's probably more due to them being rather new, so maybe their quality merits it despite the lack of rating

I did not check myself, but the topic starter talked about "thousands of map"s so, I guess the majority of them are not too new.

^fair point. some might be underrated i guess? But yeah I'd assume most are just not that good. But I know Ammaren's Norway map is very new

If maps are over or under rated, it’ll be because of how many years it’s taken map makers to improve and also related to the quality of the average map that was made public during that time.

Your map looks neat, in the future when I create games I will take a look at new maps to play on, thanks for the reminder about them.
